Sales Consultant

Digital Marketing

Agency Jet, a national digital marketing firm headquartered in Minneapolis with another office in Milwaukee, is seeking seasoned digital marketing sales consultants to become part of our inside Business to Business (B2B) sales team in the Minneapolis / St Paul Area. We are looking for tenacious, self-starters to help us expand our nationwide presence.

Inbound leads and scheduled phone appointments are provided to help you hit your goals. We encourage partner development and your outbound calls are paid out more aggressively than those handed to other sales consultants.

We would like to talk to you if you have a proven track record of selling digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, and PPC/SEM, Website Development, or Video Production) We are looking for self-starters that are not afraid of the phone and capable of producing some of their own leads through outbound dialing, networking, and existing relationships.

The only thing we do not offer is activity and desire. If you have that we provide the rest. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Every member hat has been with Agency Jet has earned over six figures due to retained clients. To date we retain 87% of our clients after 12 months and 72% over 24 months. 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to prospect, present and close new digital marketing accounts
  • Achieve or exceed your monthly new business revenue quotas
  • Customize and present digital marketing solutions
  • Make 40-60 contacts per day or 4 presentations.
  • Log all calls in our CRM
  • Work closely with our Project Managers to onboard new clients
  • Communicate well with the team
  • Connect with prospects via LinkedIn, phone, even door to door (if you wish)
  • Face-to-face meetings with potential clients
  • Ability to help clients see the value if they are not using Google as their sales tool

Required Skills/Characteristics:

  • 1+ year experience in selling Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, SMO, WED DEV, etc.)
  • Cold Calling but we provide leads and tools
  • Self-Starter, Problem Solver
  • High need for achievement; Loves to compete and win
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic and relentless; Unfazed by rejection
  • Sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota, goal-driven environment
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
  • C-level communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Listens patiently, consultative; Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs
  • Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Minimal Travel expectations or a lot (if desired)

Details:

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions. Minimum expectations of the position would yield $80,000 to $125,000 in annual compensation.
